Return window and conditions

Request a return within 7 days of delivery. Unworn, unstitched luxury fabric with original tags and packaging intact. Stitched or altered items are non-returnable. Keep the order number and original packaging. Do not wash, cut or alter an item while an issue is being reviewed.

Wrong or defective items

Store bears courier shipping costs for defective or incorrectly fulfilled items. Include clear photographs and identify the affected item when contacting support. Keep the packaging if the parcel arrived damaged.

How to request a return

  1. Open the order in My orders and use the return action when available, or contact support with the order number and reason.
  2. Wait for eligibility review and the return address or collection instructions. A submitted request is not approval.
  3. Pack the approved items securely and keep the courier reference. Follow the instructions supplied for your request.

Who pays return shipping?

The store covers defective or incorrectly fulfilled items as stated above. Confirm charges with support for any other approved return or exchange before sending the parcel.

When will I receive a refund?

Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved. This applies to both Cash on Delivery and bank-transfer orders. Support will confirm the approved amount and the bank details needed for the refund. A submitted return request is not yet an approved refund. Do not send a second payment to obtain a refund.

Can I exchange an item?

Ask support whether the requested replacement is available and whether your item meets the return conditions. An exchange is subject to review and availability. Confirm any price difference and delivery costs before proceeding.
