MintLight accepts delivery addresses in Pakistan. Check your address, city and reachable phone number before placing your order.

How much does delivery cost?

The configured standard charge is Rs. 200. Orders of Rs. 5,000 or more qualify for free delivery. Review the final order total at checkout, including any discount and delivery charge.

When will my order arrive?

Estimated dispatch: 1-2 Business Days. Estimated courier delivery: 3-5 Business Days. Dispatch is the preparation stage before the courier receives the parcel; transit follows handover. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. Payment verification, address issues, holidays and courier delays can affect timing.

How do I track a parcel?

Use Track order with your order number and the contact information used at checkout. Signed-in customers can also open My orders. A courier reference becomes useful after dispatch; an order confirmation alone does not mean the parcel has shipped.

What if delivery is delayed or the parcel is missing?

Contact support with your order number and any courier reference. Tell us if tracking has stopped, the address needs correction, or the courier shows delivery but you have not received the parcel. Keep the packaging and photographs if it arrives damaged, and check the return instructions.
